Red and purple spots just appeared on my penis

Does anybody have an idea of what it may be

The tiny red spots are bruising you need to give it a rest for a few days it will pass but you have to keep an eye on the big one to reassure that it is also similar to the others. if it won't pass like the rest you might need to show it to a GP or a urologist. Good luck
