The safest answer is to hold off as long as you can. The earlier you attempt it the more likely you will be of reaggravating the injury and having to wait for it to heal again.

If I were in your shoes I would only play lightly, trying to figure out ways to avoid moving/touching the affected area as much as possible. Preferably, I wouldn't do anything until 2 weeks after and still gently st first working my way back to a more normal level.

Generally, when it comes to circumcision its 4-6 weeks. If you only had frenuloplasty I would imagine the healing time is shorter. I think the best person to answer that question is your doctor that performed the procedure?

If you have torn the skin that joins your foreskin to the tip of your penis, you should avoid sexual activity until the tear has healed.

In most cases, the tear will get better without treatment.

Once it has healed, you can try using a lubricant during sex to prevent the problem from happening again.
