Im 15 and a bit of my foreskin is still stuck to my knob. Its only about 2mm not even and it is located at the part of the knob closest to the balls. I am worried that this may cause an infection and whats the best way to get this skin off. And i'm also wondering why my knob is so sensitive when i touch it or when a piece of fabric touches it. Can anyone help?

Still Stuck
Is this just your Frenulem- Google it and see. It is supposed to be sensitive.
No my foreskin can be pulled back fully but its the little pit of foreskins next to the peice of foreskin that leads up into the slit of the penis
As mentioned before, it either is a frenulum or some foreskin is still attached to the penis head. Neither should be a cause for concern, if it is just a piece of foreskin still attached it should detach naturally in time. You can use gentle force to assist it in detaching but do not force it. If it is a frenulum (which should be in that area) then there is nothing that you need to do.
In either case, it shouldn't cause infections or any serious conditions. Seek medical assistance if necessary, but this seems to be relatively benign (harmless).
As for the sensitivity, the frenulum is extremely sensitive for uncircumcised guys and the glands are too by extension. This will decrease somewhat with age and friction (be it from clothes, or use) so just enjoy or at least bear through the sensitivity while it lasts.
