i'm on day 17 and have questions. when can i wash my d*ck, when all of the stitches fall out? when is it ok to start shaving around the base of the shaft? once the stitches fall out will the shaft extend a bit and anything else i should be worried about? i havent closely inspected the area, but it seems like some of the stitches are dissolving on its own atleast it feels like it. i figure the less pain/strain with morning wood means the stitches are falling out. in the 1st week or so, there was some blood but now theres barely on the gauze. the only things are that between the head and shaft it itches but not lately since i changed infection cream to neosporin and it does not smell.
i shower somewhat normally now and just let the water + soap trickle down my pubic region when showering and use soap on both sides of the area, but i am very nervous to really wash the immediate penis area. i use bacitracin twice a day to keep it from infections and i wear a gauze which i swap out twice a day and i also have an epsom salt bath every other day.
