Hi,
Sorry to hear you are in pain. Anal fissures are very difficult to heal and can take quite a while to do so. Treatment usually consists of nifedipine cream 2X a day and after every bowel movement for up to 4 to 8 weeks.
When pain is really bad sit in a sits bath as often as you can to relieve the pain.
Keep all BM’s as soft as possible to avoid more damage to the fissure especially when healing. Miralax every day can help.
Avoid any foods that can cause constipation or bulk up your stools too much.
Don’t take steroids for too long as it can thin the skin.
Also drinking lots of water also helps.
I hope you see some healing soon.
Cheers!
How’s it going with your hemorrhoids and anal fissures? Sounds painful if you’re into butt sex.
