I was masturbating today when I felt a mild pain inside my penis similar to that if I have to what I feel if I have to hold my pee after having a chance to relieve myself a little bit. It didn't seem to be triggered by anything in particular, but it worried me, so I stopped masturbating. I wondered if it could have been something clogging the pipe, so I urinated (stream completely normal), but... since then it has been coming and going all day. I only notice it rarely, and only if I have nothing else to focus on, but it is slightly concerning. Should I be worried? Has anyone else had any similar experiences?

Like similar issues the best coarse is to refrain from masturbating for a couple of days and see how things improve.
