I'm suffering from sperm leaking when I'm sleeping at night and even day time.befor it was because of some dreams and now last one year or I don't no correct but now during leaking of sperm I'm not feeling anything and no dreams it just simply coming out please sir tell proper treatment.

The only person that can give you "proper treatment" is your doctor. Forums are for advice, and my advice is if you are concerned with it, go see your urologist so the doc can take a look and try and figure out what it could be.
You need a proper examination, one that cannot be provided via internet forums.
This does sound unusual, I would go see Doctor.
