Doing masturbation more and more times in a day or week will increase premature ejaculation problem. This will also increase some other issues. But no evidence available about masturbation will affects fertility.

I would have thought the opposite would apply. Frequent masturbating to orgasm should decrease the incidence of premature ejaculation.
