Foreskin won't pull back

Hi, I'm 16 and I have never been able to pull my foreskin back, neither in erect or unerect state. Whenever I try, i can see the very tip but it doesn't go any further and causes a bit of pain. Any ideas on what I should do to sort this out? Thanks.

But for now I would try stretching the foreskin while in the bath or shower. Just use your fingers to pull it apart gently stretching over time. Creams are available which may help. At your age you should have no problem.

Of course if you are in real discomfort or pain, go see your Dr.
