I’m 15, and over the last probably 3 or 4 years I have had occasional episodes of depression. When it does come, its quite bad and I sometimes think I’d be better off not here at all. I haven’t really told many people and I just need someones advice on what to do.
Thanks.

It is fairly common for teenagers to feel that way. All the hormonal and biological changes the body is going through can mess with the brain.
However there are some steps you can do to help. People tend to be overly critical to themselves when it comes to judging their own features, be it intelligence, voice, appearance, skill etc. What exactly is causing your depression?
You are never alone in these things. Talk to your family, your friends and if you don't want to talk to them, there are hotlines that you can call and talk to people that have had much experience with people feeling depressed.
You can also set yourself some goals that you can achieve, giving you a routine and feeling of a successful day/time.
Killing oneself is never a good option as its final and most of the time causes a lot more pain and suffering than people perceive that it would solve, which it never does. It isn't a solution.
Focus on the things that are good in the world and in your life, if you think you don't have anything like that then make it. It is your life and only you can change it around but you have to want that. If you need help with that, as I said, there are hotlines that you can call, or even just try talking to your friends or family about it.
But it is good that you realise there is an issue and that you want to solve it.
