You would have to be more specific with your question. Concerned about what, your penis size? Will you get bigger, no one here can tell for sure, what age are you? Usually penises grow anywhere inbetween 12 - 23 years of age, some might be growing even after that it is individual.

5'5 inches is probably average and nothing to worry about. Dependant on age you still may have some growing to do.

I know it's easier said than done to say don't worry about it but as soon as you stop worrying about it you will be happier. Big penis is overrated according to most women.
