freckles or moles in glans

Hi everybody. I’ve noticed that I have 3 small dark freckles or moles in my glans. Went to dr. who said is nothing after 1 second glimpse using the light of my cellular because examination lamp didn’t work !!! (courtesy Spanish NHS). As you can imagine I’m a bit worried. Any idea? Thanks.

It looks like a blood blister close up and the colour is a dark purple not brown like freckles and moles.

However that will take a long time to disappear your better off leaving it and it may eventually go.

I would not be worried as it does not look worrying but keep a close eye on it I could be wrong but if it starts to change colour or get bigger or change shape go back to your gp/hospital.

Thanks for the answer!. Yes, Dr. said to keep an eye on it for any possible change, but he didn't explain what the hell are these spots. Just said "that's nothing", and didn't answer my questions about them, which, in my opinion, is the best way to worry a patient.
