Me and wife are divorced, I have two kids(teenagers) ,I want to have a child with my fiancee, will a reversal work for me . It's been 10 years since I had it done

I think the success rate of 90% is overstated. After 10 years I would think it would be much lower - maybe 30%. There are other aspects which can affect the success rate such as developing auto-immune syndrome where the body treats sperm as foreign cells and destroys them. You are best speaking to a specialist for advice, but goldie11 is right- it won’t be funded by the NHS and it can be quite expensive.
