It could be psychological . Erection also dependant on foreplay,kissing, partner's urge etc. Wait and watch , it may change . You may take Tadalafil 10 mg one hour before planned intercourse . Don't take daily . May be twice in a week . See the result
If you wake up with an erection occasionally then it probably nothing to worry about, just give it time and do not stress about it. If not then probably worth a trip to the Doc. Occasional use of viagra or similar will help.
