Penis problem. Weird circular bit of skin on my foreskin.

I have a weird circular bit of skin on my foreskin. I have had this for a while and when my penis is erect it grows more noticeable (understandable when the penis gets bigger). Its not a wart, spot or rash it is literally like a circular bit of skin thats about 1cm wide max. I cannot find anywhere on what I have, can anybody help?

I can see absolutely nothing wrong there. Looks totally normal to me.

I know the picture is not the best but can you not see that circular bit on the top right corner next to my thumb, just under by bellend.

Skin on all parts of our body can develop freckles, moles, skin "tags", etc. So, sometimes our body just makes an extra little bump on our bodies. Have you had an injury or acne on that spot in recent times? If so, it could be a bit of scarring.

Have you been sexually active in the past year or so? You can always schedule an appointment with your doc just to be sure.
