Rescently i was able to pull back the foreskin to reveal the head, but i found out that the skin is attached to the head in a wierd way. the two sides do not look the same, the skin connected futher up than the other side, and what is supposed to be my frenulum is just one big strap of skin.

You're able to pull the foreskin all the way which is a good sign. I'm not sure what you mean by "the skin connected further up than one side". The frenulum is supposed to be a "strap" or fold of skin that connects the glans to the foreskin. Does it give you any problems or discomfort at all during an erection or sexual activity?
