Thank you to everyone who has been very kind by taking time to reply to all who need support and help. I am writing this post in a hope that someone could shed some light about my situation.
I'm 27 years old single male uncircumcised had potential exposure am not sure if the condom broke while I had sex with CSW - vaginal and oral both protected.
I never had any fungus/candida/balanitis infection ever in my life. I am right now at Week-6 after this event and this fungus or whatever I got it in Week-3 and I remember when I pulled my foreskin back it was smelling and there was whitish layer. Very next day when I visited Doc he suggested to apply the cream called CLOTRIMAZOLE but NO IMPROVEMENT can be seen.
Please advise guys I am freaking out if this is an ARS symptom.
Current sympton: This thing on penis and yellow urine from the day I had sex with CSW till date are my current symptoms.
I am feeling guilty each and every day - what a shame.. I would appreciate if someone can take a look and share their thoughts. your support and advise is immensely helpful.
BTW, am scaring to death inorder to get myself tested, I know if I take ELISA 4th Gen Test it will be a conclusive result now as per WHO but I am just scared... sad
Thank you everyone, much appreciated your help and support.

Thank you for your reply. CSW - commercial Sex Worker (prostitute). I had sex with this women she was aged around 35-40ish. Protected vaginal and oral sex. I didn't perform any oral. I ejaculated in just 2 minutes and changed the condom after that. Vaginal sex was about 3-5 minutes and oral sex for about 5 minutes. That's the experience which I wanted to seek may be curiosity to have sex well I hope that shouldn't be my last one..
ARS symptoms:?
week1: muscle ache, fatigue, mild , frequent urine and yellowish
(Chylamadia gonorreahea test at 4 days was negative)
Week2: testicle pain and yello urine no urge to urinate
Week3: No testicle pain, yellow urine, I noticed my penis head was smelling, when I pulled my foreskin back it had whitish substance which I cleaned and went to doc next day he gave a antifungus cream (clotrimazole) to apply.
Week6: yellow urine and my penis condition as attached in the post Red patch flaky seems like crack but no pain or itching whatsoever
Week7: it's Day 1 today of week 7- yellow urine and penis red thing.. BTW my body is hot but thermometer says it normal.?
Thank you for your reply. I'm trying to find anonymous places to get tested but having hard time finding one..
Ok I've figured out ARS syndrome. Unless you have all the other symptoms such as headache, flu like aches, fatigue etc then I think you may be over reacting and worrying over nothing. You can develop balanitis on its own. I used to get bouts of it for no apparent reason and was treated with an anti fungal cream. The darker urine I don't know why that would be other than you aren't drinking enough water? I really do believe you are worrying unnecessarily, but as it's having such an effect on your wellbeing, why not do the test and put your mind at rest?
Hi Josh.
Do you live in the UK? I think that 'Middleagedbloke' has given you great advice. The important thing is to get yourself tested to put your mind at rest. Almost certainly you'll find you have nothing to worry about and you go on your way rejoicing, but in the extremely unlikely case that you have got an infection then you can start getting appropriate treatment. There is nothing to be gained by not finding out. Surely your GP practice, public library etc will have a list of sexual health clinics that may be in your vicinity? Good luck!!
Thank you so much for caring. I am just depressed lately from past 2 days I am feeling pain in my penis head and am thinking that this infection whatever is driving me nuts. I wanted to drop in to an anonymous centre for test but as I know have realized now that I am already susceptible to this why anonymous rather walk into a centre so they could share the details with public health. And I would like to report the details of this sex worker to concoerned officials so other lives could be saved from infections/diseases.
"I am going for the test tomorrow and there's no blind fold I know what's going to come out eventually".
As I said I was a virgin and this was my first ever sexual encounter with blimming condom that I am pun inn about from long time. ITD 8th week yeah so there aren't any false positive/negative.
If it turns out to be negative then I would like to do things which is healing for me. Also, I would reply to this thread so you get an update.
If it's got to be a +ve then I have decided that I what needs to be done. I've learnt a lot about being human a necessary lesson with a tough punishment in these 8 weeks and this geaser may not b thr update this thread :/
Thank you so much indeed compton, middlesgedbloke, Mike, Wiza and Staff you guys are amazing helping others unconditionally. Be healthy and happy.
I'll take a leave now:/...
Josh
Hi Josh.
Thanks for your reply.
Well done indeed for going for a test; do let us know the result.
I'm so sorry that your first sexual experience turned out this way. Hopefully the next time will be with a proper girlfriend. Quite apart from anything else, sex will become lovemaking, which will be far more enjoyable and satisfying for you and your partner! There are plenty of very good quality condoms on the market these days which are extremely reliable and almost never break during intercourse. Make sure that you get a size that suits your build; you want it to be easy to put on and comfortable in use. Have a look around the shops and see which ones appeal to you and perhaps buy a packet or two and experiment with them when you masturbate. If you're shy about being seen in a supermarket examining the 'condom counter', then look and maybe buy on-line, if that an option. Keep yourself safe and please don't take unnecessary risks with your sexual health.
I wanted to give you all a quick heads up about my experience at the clinic.
Firstly, doc wasn't empathetic. Second, ripped me off $$$ (its fine all I need is to be get well and be lucky 🍀 this was my first encounter)
Third, Doc says if some turns out to be + then they would be guided on call on further proceedings -they dot have time for pre and post counselling - no procedure to hand in results what so ever)
I told him that I've been experiencing pain in my pee hole (stinging) from past 3 days, had strong urine odour first 2 weeks, urine yellow till date, week-3 this shiny flake red rash no itching told him that clotrimazole doesn't do anything have applied over 5 weeks and right now I stopped applying this cream should I start applying any other cream - he said no need to apply anything , asked me if there was a discharge I said no then he examined my penis very quick said no don't apply anything and when asked about foods to avoid - I've been avoiding sugary stuff including tea coffee donuts pretty much everything Fruits as well
This guy said have everything I have no clue if he is serious in anyway?
Nurse she drew blood and I gave sample of urine. They would test it for:
Hiv, hepatitis B, syphilis,chylamadia, Gonorrhoea
I don't know what to do if runs out to be positive yesterday I contemplated running against a racing truck in anxiety but holding my nerves till I get to hear from them..
You guys are amazing, be healthy safe and hope you all will keep extending your help unconditionally..
Thanks for the update and I'm sorry to have been a little while responding; I usually get a notification if I'm mentioned in a post, but for some reason or other the system failed to alert me to your post.
Firstly, all respect to you for having the courage to go to the clinic but I agree absolutely with 'Middleagedbloke''s comments. It is quite appalling that you were treated so badly by the doctor. These visits are embarrassing enough as it is without having to endure such a casual and unhelpful behaviour. You're there because you're worried, and you needed and deserved to be treated with the greatest respect and good manners. Clearly this doctor shouldn't be working in the sensitive field of sexual health. Being charitable, he may just have been having a bad day - we all have off-days - but part of being a professional is not allowing our personal problems to break into our working life, especially so when dealing with such a delicate subject. I do hope you will find that everything is OK, although obviously you'll still need to find out the causes of the symptoms you're having. Avoiding too many sugary/high carbohydrate foods is possibly a wise precaution.
Obviously Josh - and you don't need me to tell you this - keep your penis clean - especially under the foreskin - and I hope you will get the all-clear from the clinic very quickly. In the meantime, try not to become too anxious as that will do you no good!
Oh, and lastly don't let this episode put you off:
a) getting medical advice for any health issue. In this instance, may I suggest that if you have to go back to the clinic, you ask to see a more sympathetic clinician, if you have a choice, and:
b) enjoying an active sex life (when you've been given a clean bill of health, obviously).
Will you let us know the outcome?
All the very best as always,
Peter
Hi Josh, thanks for the update. I'm sorry to hear your experience was as difficult as you say. That's really unacceptable, particularly when you are being charged. This should have been a sympathetic non judgmental experience. I understand your anxiety and fear, but do bear with it for a couple of days till you get your results. I really do think you have nothing serious to worry about and once you get the all clear you can move on and put this stressful event behind you. Keep strong and let us know when you hear the results.
hi Josh
Sorry to hear for what you were going through it's been awhile since your last update we would like to know what were your results
