I was circumcised in my teens, left everything up to the surgeon, style, etc since I really did not know much about those things. I was concerned about my frenulum --very sensitive, maybe even too sensitive. He split it lengthwise. It's perfect! May I ask men who have had a post infancy (even infancy, for that matter) what happened to the frenulum. I would not want to be any different.

What to do with frenulum?
Hey Pharoah
I had a circumcision two months ago. I had a small portion of the top of my frenulum removed (which was just connected to my meatus), as well as the rest of my foreskin.
The rest of it is intact and appears quite large when flaccid, but when erect is small. I'm lopsided so to speak, the left hand side of the frenulum is a little thicker than the right hand side tissue. I'm still very minorly swollen still and have some granulation (healing) tissue still in that area, but it's going day by day. I imagine a few months down the line I'll look a lot different.
Dear Pharoah
I saw a lot of penises when I was serving in the army as a nurse. We had to chack every young man for possible phimosis and varicocele. I can assure you they look all quite different one from another. I do not have experience in circumcised penises. But well, you penis IS of course different from another one! Would you like to have your nose EQUAL to all men?? It is the same with the penis. The penis is something personal, you do not have to be ashamed if your penis looks different, on the contrary, it is one of your special characteristics. The same is valid for the vulva, anyway! Each woman is a little different! Hurrah!
