Yellowish substance under foreskin

Hello I noticed during masturbation that the head of my penis has yellowish stuff stuck to it, I tried soaking the head in warm water some of it came off but I don't know if it's something to worry about or not

Maybe a stupid question, but is it just a build up of smegma? Excuse the question, but does it smell? If so regular daily washing behind the foreskin is required with a mild soap. Make sure you dry thoroughly afterwards as moisture can lead to bacteria building up. I found that the best way to dry behind the foreskin is to use a hairdryer (on a low heat setting!! ) otherwise 😩
