I have had a partial circ since last Wednesday and I’m still waking up with dry patches of blood on my glans the swelling has gotten even worse to the point where I can’t even pull my remaining foreskin back to reveal the stitches or the bottom of my glans and there is a really foul smell coming from below the glans aswell as a light red liquid which also smells foul . Slight throbbing sensation sometimes.

A foul smell usually signals infection. You need to visit your doctor.

Please go and visit a doctor. Bad smells, throbbing, etc, that sounds like an infection.
