Small Red Rash

Hello.

34, caucasian, circumcised, male.

Got home from work yesterday and went to use the bathroom and I noticed this small red rash on penis. It's not a blister, it's not weeping, and there is no pain (maybe a barely noticable sting if I run my finger over it).

I have a job that keeps me in a car all day driving around, with sporadic 20-minute blocks of getting out and moving around in the elements. So, lots of sweating, hot/cold, rain, etc, along with walking.

I Have had a few sexual partners in the last few months, all with protection.

I don't think this is an STI/Herpes, it doesn't look like any of the reference images I looked at. However, it's stuck in my head and I would like some other opinions. I do have a doctors appointment scheduled to get tested, but still any thoughts? I figured it was probably just a friction burn from sitting in an awkward way or moving around.
