Have you searched the forum for posts about ZSR circumcisions?

If you are appropriately anaesthetised then you should feel no pain. As to post circumcision effects, they are going to be personal to you and your pain threshold.

I had zsr last year.. surgery was painless. Was able to walk couple of hours after surgery with some painkillers. My main challenge was with the sensitivity in the head, otherwise pain was quite manageable.
