need help asap on penis foreskin problem spot

i have a spot on my foreskin which is a bump in height but in aspect its a small red circle/oval which randomly itches like crazy and i cant do anything about it, had it for several months now, i dont think its eczema because its a very small point in which it resides and itches. Have no clue on what it is or why it itches so badly please give some theories asap

I'd go see a doctor. You don't want to itch and break the skin. Keep us posted

Visit your GP or a sexual health clinic. They should be able to give you answers.
