Has anyone had a penile ultrasound to investigate any issues like ED/pain /blood flow?
Was it helpful and does it provide any further insight?

A Doppler test will detect blood flow and its strength. It can be helpful as a diagnostic tool and is used often to examine the blood flow in the feet of those with diabetes.
Looks like its a quite rare procedure , not many men have had it. The NHS only seem to offer it for cancer patients but im pretty sure it would obviously give good insight into any ED issues too such as lack of erections and staying hard before and after sex…
I've gone from being really hard in terms of regular erections before and after sex , going to toilet ect to completely limp penile shortening and i dont understand what is happening to me!
I see you've mentioned being hard when you need to pee as if it's normal for you. I don't think it is at all normal except perhaps in the early hours or first thing in the morning with 'morning glory' getting up from sleep to empty the bladder, when our testerone levels are generally higher. Erect penis and peeing are usually separate events in the day time - or have I misunderstood something here?
