Circumcision stitches

It's been 7 days since I got circumcised, and one of the knot in the stitch fell off, is it normal? I don't feel any pain when it fell off tho since I didn't even notice until I checked.

Stitches will fall out when they're ready. As long as you didn't pull it out, it probably fell out because it wasn't needed. That's the best way to lose them, in my opinion.

Your stitches will fall out when they are ready and timing will vary. Some of mine came out fast but there were a few stubborn ones that lingered. Just let it happen

If it is absolutely normal, the stitches fall out when the wound has already healed, they fall out but it also depends on the care, washing and that no infectious stitches occur.
