Dr declined circumcision

Went to urologist to check my kidney function. While there i asked him for an exam on doing a circumcision on me. I am 73 yr old, had problem 2 years ago foreskin tightening up, frequent infections under foreskin that were treated.Have had no infections for last year. Now left with foreskin that cannot roll back flaccid and stops erections as penis cannot expand past the tight foreskin. I am a grower about 2-3 inches flaccid, 6.5 inches erect. As i,m 50lbs overweight, most of my flaccid penis is buried in fat. Dr said if he did circumcision, all the skin on my penis would be removed. I got no other in put from Dr other then he cannot do circumcision. At this point i cannot have intercourse due to tight foreskin causing pain. Cannot pee standing up as urine sprays all over.

I was thinking maybe i have to consult a plastic surgeon. Anyone have any ideas on who can i see to solve my problem.

perhaps losing some weight would get you a different answer from an urologist.

Yes, losing weight will be a benefit all round, but it is not an easy thing to do,but being able to have sex again sounds like a good incentive . But probably better to get a second opinion from a physician.

Weight loss and consulting with another physician would be a good shout (in that order).
