There is a tighter ring in my foreskin, what to do?

There is a tighter, phimotic, ring in my foreskin.It is not that tight, I can pull back the skin when soft or hard. However, if I am hard, I cannot move the skin onto the head, because it catches on the end. I have to squeeze the head to deflate it a bit.

There is no pain involved and the circulation is not affected.

If I would stretch the foreskin, would it make my foreskin to go forward when soft, so would it cover my head?

Stretching should be possible. There are prescription creams your doctor can offer. Pure Coconut oil is often suggested. I use it to good effect. I keep it warm in the jar so it stays liquid for convenience, but if solid, it soon melts in your hand and on the foreskin. Masturbating every couple of days when hard, using it as lubrication it, works for me.

Mine is always forward. When I pull it back it tends to move on its own to cover the glans again whether I'm soft or hard at the time.

Oh, mine is almost pulled back. Sometimes it moves forward, but it will not retract by itself, only if I got hard.Heard of some people, whose skin retracts itself even when soft

I think you and I are similar and have the more usual experience. My understanding of the function of the foreskin is that it is always meant to cover and protect the glans during ordinary times of the day. I and my brother have always had to pull back to aim accurately when urinating.

My foreskin did not get the memo on this. Eventually I always end up with an uncovered head and tbh I like it this way. And I don't think I want to risk it going away with stretching that tighter ring.

OK I think it's good to accept our bodies as they are unless there's a real problem.

My foreskin always covers my head whether I'm hard or soft. I can pull it back completely if I wish and it stays back unless I push it forward again. This applies whether I'm hard or soft. It used to be a little bit tight but I stretched it with my fingers over about six weeks and it moves more freely now. You just might be able to stretch yours too if you persevere and have patience.

I see. So, if I would stretch my shin a little bit, I could roll the skin forward easier when hard? Wouldn't need to squeeze my head?Would the stretching mean that my foreskin would cover my skin while soft?

I'd guess stretching would make it easier to roll your skin forward when hard. Hopefully you would not need to squeeze your head anymore. I don't know if stretching would make your foreskin cover your head when soft. It depends on how long a foreskin you already have. But it might.
