Frenuloplasty scar / white tight tissue

Hello,

I had frenuloplasty about 6 weeks ago using electrocautery, no stitches. The wound finally closed, but now there's like a scar / more like another frenulum. Just a tight, white band which still prevents the normal pull of the foreskin. Will it get healed properly or I need another surgery?

Can I heal it somehow / stretch using some creams / steroids?

Thanks

You chose the wrong procedure to remove the frenulum. I made a similar mistake. 2 years after the feenulum, I decided to go for circumcision.I chose a full circumcision. The frenulum is part of the foreskin and during my circumcision all the hard, tough parts were removed. The frenulum nerves grew back in 8 months. The sensitivity came back.

Everything is now smooth, flexible and properly sensitive. Sex is without problems. I am very happy with this procedure.
