Standing too long

I get a weird pain that feels like my groin area and rectum is going to collapse when i stand for about 5/10 mins. is there any reason for this?

it has got to do with my penis as standing too long makes it feel like my penis is going to fall off

There was no mention of any of that in your original post. I would consult a doctor immediately.
