Slight bleeding from incision

Hi I am on day 11 now since surgery and still getting bleeding on top left and some yellowish discharge. Some of my stiches have also come away due to night errections. Is this normal and how long will it take to heel? I appreciate any advice please. I had my circumcision due to suffering phimosis. Thanks in advance

hi Bro. Exactly the same happened to me, erections pulled stitches, and I bled a bit. As long as it's only a little blood it should be ok. I bandaged overnight while this was happening. I had wound disruptions but they healed. Wash your penis daily in a glass of cooled boiled water with dissolved salt to help prevent infection. Things should really improve week 2-3. How is your head sensitivity? Mines still sore. (I'm at week 4).

Hi Bro, thanks for the advice as i was getting worried. I am washing my penis daily in the shower but will try and start adding salt to the cooled boiled water. My penis head is very sensitive and I am having to wear tight underwear. Were you walking around normal during the 2nd week? Or is it better to sit/rest more. Thanks again

I found that light walking is okay but not really too much! I also found that washing daily was to much for me and just was reopening the wound I think, as I said I wrapped it (not too tight) with cream Vaseline etc and just leave it for like 2 days , it needs to be undisturbed. I can’t help with the sensitivity I didn’t have any issue with that fortunately. Any other questions I’m here ✂️✂️

Hi. I wouldn't say normally no. Carefully, and too much moving and I needed to rest.

Yh that’s completely normal the stitches are strong , I had a boner so strong it felt like fishing wire. On my second week I began to bleed constantly, I think I was delaying healing by too much cleaning and checking , I wrapped it for a couple days a time and worked!

Thanks for the reply, the boner must have hurt. I hope the bleeding stops and it starts to heal. I too have been walking around and cleaning thinking its good to keep moving. If you don't mind me asking how long did you take off work before going back.
