Swelling on incision area after oral sex

I had circumcision couple of weeks ago and had oral sex multiple times yesterday and today when I woke up i saw my incision area is swollen like hell and i don't feel any pain but i am worried 😟

When you had oral sex there was more blood/fluid flow than normal. When she/he sucked you fluid can pass the wound, but your lymphatic system on penis head is still injured by circumcision. Fluid can't pass easily back to lymphatic nodes on your groin area. It may take couple of months or more penis to recovery.

I'd suggest you to avoid friction and suction on incision area. a couple of weeks is too soon for that. only your glans is safe for stimulation, not sure about erection though.

if there's no infection involved, your swelling should go away soon.

Hi devoo2363 very foolish the recommendation is a least 6 weeks and that's if you heal good take you only get 1 Willy you need to take care

Were you not given instructions about sexual activity post surgery? Oral sex is capable of introducing infections to a vulnerable area.

Essentially what you have done is kind of slowed the recovery and maybe caused more harm as well . Abstinence would have been the best option till 6 Weeks and the swelling may come down but if I were you I would check back with my doc . Also like Hidden has mentioned , there is definitely bacteria in the mouth and saliva so if the incision site gets infected which has a higher chance now you may need to meet the doc sooner. Didn’t the medics tell you to avoid sex for at least six weeks? Your penis wasn’t properly healed — it looks like you still have stitches. As Osidge stated your incision may have been exposed to bacteria in your partners mouth. If the area feels hot, that’s a sign of infection so make sure to monitor the area. Your circumcision will take much longer to heal so be aware of that also. Good luck.

Normally you would be advised to abstain from sexual activity for at least 6 weeks after circumcision. That includes masturbation and oral sex as well.
