After 3 months of circumsion started to hurt

Last week I was checked by my doctor and he told me everything was fine. Two days after this, caused by a night erection, i started to fell some pain on the scar (only in a small part on the left side). It's the area where the recovery was more complicated. Even after 3 months of healing, the scar was more rigid in that area.And now, since a week ago, I'm having a small pain (only if i touch it) that seems like i cut myself. I noticed what appeared to be two small stitches loose but might have been some tissue. But it really seemed stitches (after 3 months?)I found out a cream that is suited for scars after surgery. But doesn't do anything.

Did anyone had similar problem after so many months? It feels like I cut with no bleeding...

I'm 5 months post surgery and have had 3 bouts of infection. They all started with pain on the left side of the incision scar. Good luck.

Antibiotics and antifungal treatments.
