circumcised phimosis (2)

i got circumcised recently (13 days ago) after having phimosis and on my tip there like a white (non liquid) substance,when i wet the tip it disappears but a few montures layer it come back and it’s only on the facing part of the tip not all of it cna someone tell me what it is and what i’m supposed to do about it i’m worried that it might be infected ,while ur at it what are signs of infection . thanks

I had this, was because I wasn’t rinsing with water after I went for a pee. I was given some cream and it went witchin a few days. Nothing major to worry about buddy
