Can’t pull foreskin back while erect

I’m 19 and an issue I’ve always had is that I can’t pull my foreskin back while erect. If it’s soft I can pull it all back and I do this every day in the shower however if I’m erect I can only pull it back partly (shown in photo) and if I pull it back and then get erect it is extremely uncomfortable and the tip of my penis swells, this also prevents me from getting fully erect as all the blood goes to the tip, what can I do about this?

I'd recommend you see your GP - they can set you up with a stretching regimen to get your foreskin retractable for health/hygiene purposes.

Hi Man, I would recommend you see your GP they can give you a short course of steroid cream which should help with some stretching exercises. However if this doesn't resolve after some time you may need to be referred to a urologist.
