Cure Candida Balanoposthitis without Circumcision

I had Candida Balanoposthitis around a month ago. I am uncircumcised and do not have Diabetes. I was taking antibiotics for H-pylori when i had infection. Also, I had sex with my pregnent wife 2 days before my infection. She compalined she had itching the day after sex. Mine symptoms started 2 days after sex. I had 3 symtopms- itching, foreskin swelling, 3/4 small foreskin cuts in foreskin. First 2 weeks, Urologist gave me antibiotics. After that, I visited Dermatologist and he gave me antifungal. I have been applying Clotrimazole cream and it is getting better-no above mentioned symptoms and I can retract fully now. I am still applying one time a day. I have been doing research on it and it is said that there is chance of recurring the fungus infection. I am worried because if it is recurrent, I may have to go through Circumcision. I have extremely hypersensitive glans; even if touched by soft objects cause pain. There are posts in this site also mentioning that people feeling pain and high sensitivity after 7 months of circumcision. I want to know how much chance of reoccurrence of the infection is there? How are you guys dealing with it without circumcision?

for me it just got worse over time you can keep on applying creams and such but for me it got to the stage where I had to have a circumcision 🙈was not really looking forward to it but now have no problems takes a bit of time healing but the end result is worth it I put up with it for years should of done it a long time ago

The antibiotics caused it.
