sensitivity/discomfort on circumcision scar

Got my circumcision done over 4 months ago. Everything healed fine, got over the hypersensitivity I experienced at first but I still find my scar to be really sensitive to the touch, it almost feels as if it hurts. I got a frenuloctomy along with my circumcision and that area is also really sensitive. My scar line is a bit raised and frenulum area still a bit swollen where I had stitches. Will the scar sensitivity go away over time and will the frenulum area stay swollen or will swelling go away too? Thanks
