Circumsision Stitches

Hey all, I had my circumsision 7 days ago and one side seems to be scabbing and healing well but due to nighttime erections a couple of stitches on the other side have split and is not healing the same the better side. Has anyone had this before and will it heal okay or should I have it looked into. No bleeding from the broken stitches just seems a bit lower than the other side. Any help would be great!
