Update, after the 4th week the big lump under the head/glan started to go down. Also, around this time the stitches started to dissolve too & the skin at the incision kind of unfolded & it was reddish which kind of scared me thinking it had reopened the incision. The skin was just new skin healing but still tender so I waited another 2weeks for anything sexual. Now, am at 7 weeks the lump is mostly gone, still a slight bump but the dr is saying that go away with time. I had to do this circumcision due to phimosis caused by BXO. I just followed the directions from the dr. keep it clean and dry after a shower and using #1, take showers everyday(i used bar soaps), and I used a crap load of neosporin(generic-triple ointment). I would apply neosporin a hour or two after showering to give some time for the incision to dry a bit. I took a week off work, am a office guy, so maybe more time off is needed for a psychical job. I really didn't feel any pain other than when I touched the stitches. The only advice i can give it take it day by day , try not to read too much because that stresses you out more. Lastly give it time and follow the directions. Take care guys.
