Penile blood flow and thickness

Wanting to see what other guys use to help increase girth and blood flow to the penis , I use cialis which keeps me hard as a rock and I use L Arginine 1000mg so I have the hardness not being an issue but does anyone have ideas for girth . I’m currently 4 .5 inch girth at base but want better thickeness in full shaft . Please serious response only !

Have you tried a cock ring or vacuum device? Both of these individually or in combination will give a (temporary) result.

I think that regularly taking exercise has helped me. I used to go swimming 3 or 4 times a week. My feelings afterwards seemed to confirm that my blood flow was good; it certainly helped me reach my full natural size. I am not sure whether it helped me to develop increased girth or length permanently but there this considerable circumstantial evidence to suggest that regular exercise does help both men and women to develop.
