I was circumcised a few months ago. All is good yet it wasn’t done tight enough despite me re-iterating over and over again to the surgeon on tightness.
Has anyone here had a revision?
Did you use normal scalpel or laser!
Was the revision easier to heal from or no difference!
thanks

Hi! I didn't do a revision but out of curiosty I was wodering why you would want it tighter (I was done low&loose but let the urologist decide based on my anatomy).
Don't know but check with doctor. Too tight probably causes erection issues. I was thinking of high cut for myself but the doctor told me it doesn't work for me and to please let him do what's best for me. I am not fully healed yet but I am very happy.
Depending on what style of cut you now have it may be possible to have a revision. To be possible, a Revision required two things: (a) There must be enough spare skin to allow sensibe removal (eg not just a couple of millimetres).
(b) There must be some removable inner mucosal foreskin left (ie not already done very low).
Revision requires that the old scar be removed together with enough total skin to provide the tightness you desire. The final result will always be 'lower' than previously as a bit of skin from each side of the scar line must be removed to get back to pristine skin.
Except in real emergencies, no second surgery should be carried out in the same place for at least 6 months to allow the initial one to fully settle.
