hey 2 weeks post op today.
I feel like my penis is smaller when I get hard. It feels like it want to grow more but can’t.
I can’t see where the incision line I feel like my penis want to grow more . I feel like it’s still bit swollen

healing can take up to 6 months my urologist said, try not to worry to much atm.

I regretted my circumcision as it was noticeably smaller so in the autumn had fillers to improve girth and then enhanced the length through surgery.
What surgery did you have to enhance the length? Cutting the suspensory ligament?

oh wow. Really ! When erect I can see it wants to stretch more ! But that’s all around the line from cut I can see skin folded over. So hoping in few months it all stretches out
very common. They say it doesn’t get smaller but it does. Cutting your skin and stitching it together with shrink the skin. May get looser over the years
Some people (not many) have reported the same thing, though it's hard to see how this could really happen. If it's only been two weeks though, then it's still very early days, and things might look a lot different in a month or a year.
don’t worry after 2 weeks mine looked to much smaller. It settles down and 2 months later all to normal. No regrets just be patient and you will have a great penis

can take 6 weeks ..even longer for swelling . Maybe still not over that ..don’t be having sex for 6 weeks.

yes looks it I’m day 6 .. I’m sure it will look ok in the end. But in reality our skin is only little bit at end I guess cut of not shaft etc . Plus swelling makes it looks smaller and weird. If you have a long foreskin maybe that just gives an appearance of it being bigger is all.
