High scrotal attachment post circumcision

I noticed after surgery that my scroutm is more proximal attached to the underside of my penis. Anytime I lift up my head, I feel an uncomfortable stretch on that. Is this normal? Will it stretch outover time? I researched something like penoscrotal web can occur post circ. I am more than 8 weeks out

Some guys have reported this problem. You may want to see what it is like after a period of time to see what difference any srtretching makes. If, of course, it is causing you distress or pain, you should speak to your doctor.

Same problem here & the skin on the penal shaft is so tight it barely moves, today marks my 8th week. So frastruted, I was told I might be suffering from penostrotal webbing I've to consult the doc

thats what happened to me i had a little turkey neck after the first surgery then i did a circumcision revision and its much more severe. I will start with foreskin restoration and hope it works

Penoscrotal webbing or the high attachment of the scrotal skin onto the penile shaft can be the result of too much foreskin removed during a circumcision. Penile skin stretching may be beneficial but may also pull the scrotal skin further onto the shaft causing a redundancy of the scrotal skin . Penoscrotal webbing may also make sexual intercourse initially painful after the circumcision wound heals. This initial pain will usually improve over time but the penoscrotal web will persist and will have the effect of making your penis appear shorter at least on the under shaft side. There are good surgeons that specialize in urology/ plastic surgery that can address that issue if it becomes problematic. Speaking from experience from a guy that had an aggressive adult circumcision. Had the aforementioned penoscrotal web surgery 34 years post adult circumcision. Happy with results.
