48 hrs post circumcision

Hi all 48 hrs post circumcision and penis is swollen (expected) but I can't see stiches as skin is covering half of the head of penis. Is this normal or should I pull back skin? I don't want it getting infected.

don’t pull back the skin as there’s a chance you could tear the stitches. It is completely normal, I couldn’t see half my stitches for the majority on the healing process. Just let water run over it when you shower and try to keep it pointed towards your stomach during the day.

The swelling will mostly go away after a few weeks

don’t touch it I’m surprised it’s not covered usually they cover it up. Mines was covered up but it’s suppose to be swollen don’t touch it because it will definitely damage something or extend the healing process

Thanks for advice, still the same with swelling today luckily no pain but starting to notice a fishy smell is this part of the healing process

Update day 8 now swelling still raging like a ring around bottom of head can't see stiches still but woke up this morning with alot of blood coming from frenulum area which hasn't happened since my op. Any advice on this?
