Pimple like spots beneath the penis head observed after circumcision.

Hi,I am 31, currently in week 7 after my circumcision due to Balinitis induced phimosis. Recently, i have spotted 2 pimple like spots beneath the penis head, on both sides of the frenulum. Any idea what this is ?

Tyson glands

Tyson glands are ectopic sebaceous glands that appear in pairs as openings on either side of the frenulum (Figure 3). As they are normal structures, treatment is not required.
