Post-Circumcision Loose Stitches

I’m 4 days post op and overnight maybe 1/3 of my stitches seem to have opened on the opposite side to the main incision.

There is some blood oozing now from the opening but not a huge amount. It is sensitive to touch but not painful.

Any advice on what this might mean for my healing process? I’ll also be contacting my doctor.

The break in stitches seem to have most likely occurred due to an overnight erection.

Sounds normal. Keep wrapped up in gauze and replace as needed throughout the day or week until bleeding stops. But not a bad idea to check with doctor just to be safe.
