A bit of bleeding after 2 months of circumcision

My stitches have not fully desolved and sometimes i can notice a little blood in the incision site, although it has been 8 weeks.I stopped using the cream that the doctor prescribed me.Anybody had this experience?Should i start using the cream again??

Some of myy stitches didn't dissolve until month 3 or later, I ended up pulling out the remaining with tweezers. The bleeding part to me is odd --- have you been jerking it?

No I hadnt, just some normal erections , but not sexual activity.It is just a small amount of blood, so I don't worry and just let it heal!
