dry white flakes on glans

I often get these white flakes on my glans (im uncut). they started coming this summer and im not sure if it is smegma or not. It's hard to describe it but if i rub my glans they become even more visible, almost like little crumbs. Can anyone give me some advice?

Sounds like smegma. Natural and normal. Just retract and rinse.
