Sensitive head and glans post circumcision

hello,

I had my circumcision 6 days ago, and I am not sure how long it would take to heal . I still have a lot of sensitivity on my head and surrounding glans, so it hurts/rubs in the underwear. My walks are very slow as I can't bear it. How long does it take for sensitivity to go away?. My doctor suggested for me to keep my penis upright, but not sure if I need to keep it upright for more than a few days? I am not sure if my penis or frenulum swollen,but the underside of my penis does hurt a bit as well. Any suggestions? I am using Vaseline on the head to lower rubbing against underwear

Hey mate, congrats on building up the courage to go ahead with the op, I'm 3 months or so in and it was the best decision I've ever made, the sensitivity should reduce in due course, i didn't believe it would feel normal but I was wrong and i feel great, just make sure you take care of it and look after yourself

thank you, I am on day 7 and I should say it's better that the first few days. Although still pain and sensitivity, but I am sure once the sutures dissolve and wound heals it would be bette
