Itchy from semen?

Is it possible that I get an itchy penis after ejaculating - because of the semen?

I don’t know why, but the last time I masturbated, my penis had an irritated, itchy head almost immediately. And usually it is not itchy at all.

it was bizarre I thought…

It went away after a fairly short time.

ive had that happen. the penis gets irritated and then the semen aggravates it more. could be considered Contact dermatitis.

It’s possible that you may have eaten or drunk something that temporarily made your semen more irritating. This happened to my wife and I a few years ago when for no apparent reason her skin suddenly became very sensitive to my semen and came out in itchy red patches. The next day she was fine so we just assumed it was a reaction to something that ultimately flushed out of my system.

Could the irritation be caused by the masturbating rather than the semen ?

If it doesn't go in a day or two I would suggest you visit your Doc'.
