Itchiness after circumcision

Hi everyone, i need help again... So its day 7 an I'm experiencing extreme itchiness on the head (tip) of the penis. An its so bad, that it can wake me up actually an be extremely uncomfortable an frustrating. I can even sleep. The doctor gave me some pills an ointment but the itchiness is crazy bad

When did you get the medications from your doctor?

I got meds on the day of the procedure which was the 21 Aug an i got more meds yesterday. But still the itch is still crazy bad an just on the head an swelling. Not at the stitches.

It might be worthwhile giving the new meds a Chance to work. Not all medications have immediate effect. Take care.

Guys.. Like any help out here this is driving me up the walll....like is this normal

Try put some Vaseline but that just name game. It will go away eventually

I did that already.. 😔 It worked for a couple seconds them boom back to crazy itchiness thats enough to make me wana jump off a cliff

Antihistamine cream and tablets?

Only other thing may be Vaseline but it just something go away in time. I would recommend calling your doctor and may give some suggestions

Hi everyone, just wanted to update on the itchiness, so i went back to my doctor an then got a second opinion an it turns that i had reacted badly to the ointment given. So I've been given a differ ointment an the itchiness has stopped. I just want to thank everyone for the advise, assistance an support. You guys are awesome
